1-Year Workmanship Warranty
We Stand Behind Our Work
UA Construction provides a 1-year limited workmanship warranty on qualifying work performed by UA Construction. The warranty period begins on the date of substantial completion of the project.
Our goal is simple: if an issue results directly from our workmanship and is covered under the warranty, we will inspect it and correct the covered work.
What Is Covered
Our workmanship warranty applies to defects caused directly by the installation or construction work performed by UA Construction within the original contracted scope of work.
If you believe there is a workmanship-related issue, contact us and allow UA Construction a reasonable opportunity to inspect the affected area. If we determine that the issue is covered, we will repair the covered workmanship at no additional labor charge.
What Is Not Covered
The workmanship warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear or routine maintenance

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper maintenance

Normal movement, settlement, expansion, contraction, or aging of the building or materials

Pre-existing conditions or concealed conditions not caused by UA Construction

Damage caused by plumbing, electrical, structural, moisture, or other conditions outside our contracted scope of work

Work altered, repaired, or modified by another contractor or third party after completion

Product or material defects covered by a manufacturer’s warranty

Damage resulting from customer-supplied products or materials

Manufacturer warranties for fixtures, appliances, tile, flooring, plumbing products, and other materials remain subject to the individual manufacturer’s terms.
How to Request Warranty Service
If you have a concern about completed work, please contact UA Construction and provide your name, project address, a brief description of the issue, photos or video if available, and the approximate date the issue was first noticed.
We will review the request and arrange an inspection when necessary.
